Telehealth Visits
At the time of your scheduled Telehealth visit:
To provide you with greater access to care, we have implemented telehealth for many types of visits.
This allows you to connect with your physician for a visit over your smartphone, laptop, or tablet from wherever you are, instead of coming into the office. Just call our office, and we will get you scheduled for a simple and secure telehealth visit if it is appropriate.

I drove my husband to check on his flu which had gotten worse since Sunday. Turns out he has Covid, so Dr. Lipnick got me squeezed in to see Dr. Bougher. Jennifer administered the test and quickly knew I was negative. But Dr. Bougher saw me and explained my options. She and I are so on the same page. Really appreciated the above and beyond measures by everyone. Real teamwork that was very helpful.

Dr. Beougher was wonderful. He was very attentive, took the time to listen, and never made me feel rushed. He thoroughly explained everything and proposed a clear follow-up plan, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly felt well cared for. Dr. Frank Ryan is a great primary care doc! He genuinely cares for his patients! I've never felt like giving a review for any of my primary docs I've had prior. I've been his patient for years. Gives me the time I need and I have never felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. Wonderful person and best primary doc I've ever had! I'd 100% recommend him to any of my closest family and friends!

My visit with Dr. Frank was excellent! He asks question that helped along with physically examining my nose, ears throat and lungs. This helped to prescribe the best medication. He was up-beat and friendly. Glad to have met him.

I've been going here for decades. My original Dr (Peoples) retired some years back. I was worried about getting a new Dr that I felt comfortable with. I really like my new Dr (Lipnick). He makes me feel at ease when I go in. He is always busy though. I guess that's a testament to how good he is. Thank you Dr Lipnick/Ponderosa Family Physicians.
