Dr. Emily Schrader is a board certified family physician with 4 years of expererience in family medicine. She has worked that last 4 years at Stride Community Health here in Aurora so she comes to us with a working knowledge of our community and the needs of our patients. Dr. Schrader received her Bachelor's of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Texas and then went to medical school at the University of Texas - Southwestern Medical Center. She did her residency right here in Denver at Swedish Medical Center. Over the last year, Dr. Schrader has been a clinical instructor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Schrader's strengths include her passion to connect with patients, her friendly demeanor and her overall positive outlook. She is compassionate with her patients and a team player with staff and colleagues.  Dr. Schrader is a strong clinician who is committed to serving her patients kindly and effectively. We are excited to be adding a physician to our team who is both friendly and relational as well as clinically competent and effective. We think that you will appreciate these characteristics and all that Dr. Schrader brings to your care. Dr. Schrader likes hanging out with her husband and two-year-old son. She also enjoys all that Colorado has to offer including skiing, hiking, reading and live music. We will be adding Dr. Schrader to our physicians page in the near future. But in the meantime, we wanted to provide you with this summary.

We wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that Dr. Wanna will be moving out of state as of 10/1/2023. After 8 years of serving patients in our office, Dr. Wanna is making this move to do what is best for her family. Dr. Wanna has treasured her relationship with her patients, and she will miss being able to partner with you in your healthcare. We have all appreciated Dr. Wanna’s service to our patients and contributions to our physician team over the last 8 years. She will be sorely missed! Dr. Wanna will continue seeing patients through 9/29/2023. After that time, our other physicians stand ready to partner with you in your healthcare. We are eager to help transition your care to one of our other physicians in a smooth and effective manner.
