Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we have 4 physicians that are currently accepting new patients.

Do you accept my health insurance?
Please refer to our Insurance page to review a list of accepted insurance carriers. Call our office if you have insurance questions.
What days are you open?
Our office is open Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm with evening hours for acute appts only and Saturday 8:00am to 11:00ish.
How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment please call our office at 303-690-4891 option 2. To ensure the best use of time, for both our clinicians and patients, all of our office visits are scheduled over the phone by appointment only.
How do I obtain a prescription refill?
For medication refills, please contact your pharmacy so that they can forward a refill request. If there are no refills available with your pharmacy, they will still send us a request for a refill.
How do we contact the after hours doctor?
We have a qualified answering service to assess your urgent concerns after hours.
Our dedicated physicians are on-call after hours to assist with urgent concerns if they are needed after you have been assessed by our answering service. If you have an urgent concern, that is not an emergency, just call our office at 303-690-4891 and you will be forwarded to our answering service.
IN THE EVENT OF A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY, CALL 911.
For non-urgent matters including mild illness, scheduling appointments, or refilling medications, please call during regular office hours.
