Dr. Dean has been caring for patients as a family physician since 2014, bringing broad clinical experience, thoughtful medical judgment, and a compassionate approach to every patient encounter.

She has a particular interest in women’s health while also enjoying the opportunity to care for patients of all ages and backgrounds. Known for being an attentive listener, Dr. Dean takes the time to understand her patients’ concerns and to provide effective and intentional care.

Dr. Dean earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia in 2008 and completed her family medicine residency at the University of Colorado in Denver. Prior to joining Ponderosa, she practiced family medicine while also providing urgent care services. This experience broadened her clinical perspective and strengthened her ability to care for a wide range of medical concerns.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Dean lives in the Aurora area with her husband and child. She enjoys taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoors, particularly skiing, hiking, and biking.
