Our Providers

Dr. Emily Schrader is a board-certified family physician who has been practicing medicine since 2019 and joined Ponderosa in 2023. She has spent her entire career caring for patients in Aurora and is deeply familiar with the needs of our local community.

Dr. Schrader earned her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Texas before attending the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center for medical school. She completed her family medicine residency at Swedish Medical Center in Denver and has also served as a clinical instructor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Patients appreciate Dr. Schrader’s friendly demeanor, positive outlook, and genuine desire to build meaningful connections. She takes a compassionate, relationship-centered approach to care and is committed to creating an environment where every patient feels welcomed, respected, and heard.
